会則の入会規定は、

Toastmasters International Rules
Article II, Sec. 2.
This Club is a private association, and membership herein shall be by invitation only. Any individual member may sponsor an eligible prospective individual member, and invite him or her to join this Club, so long as the person is not currently suspended or removed from good standing with Toastmasters International under ArticleIII, Sec. 8, of the Bylaws of Toastmasters International. Application for individual membership shall be made on the form provided by Toastmasters International. Such application, accompanied by the initiation fee and applicable dues, shall be returned to the Club Secretary who shall read it to this Club. The applicant shall be declared elected to individual membership upon the favorable vote of at least a majority of the active individual members of this Club present and voting at a business meeting of the Club membership. The individual membership of this Club may be divided into three classifications: active, inactive and honorary.

でもご心配なく。すべてのメンバーはあなたを歓んで例会にご招待いたします。見学は何度でも無料です。
２度以上クラブを見学して、気に入っていただけるようでしたら、入会申し込み用紙に記入の上、担当役員 (Vise President of Membership) にお渡しください。
例会の冒頭または最後に審査会を開きますので、みんなの前で入会を希望する理由をごく簡単にお話しいただきます。出席メンバー全員で審査投票して、過半数の賛成が得られれば、入会が認められます。
ちなみに、25年を越える当クラブの歴史の中で、過半数が得られずに入会できなかった人はいません。入会が認められると、すぐに新会員として入会式を行います。また、教育担当役員がオリエンテーションを行ない、メンターをお知らせします。
　
We welcome your visit to our regular meetings. Our ‘Vise President of Membership’ will take care of you. When you visit us a couple of times and still you are fond of our activities, please ask application form and fill it out.
In a regular meeting, we will ask your motivation briefly. Then, we will have a closed judge meeting.
　
In our 25 years history, incidentally, none of candidates were rejected.
　
When your induction is approved, we will have induction ceremony immediately. Our ‘Vise President of Education’ will give you an orientation and arrange a mentor for you.
